I’m curious about getting into rental arbitrage and wondering if it’s still a lucrative venture, especially with all the recent chatter about “airbnbust” and concerns over profitability. It looks like more cities are imposing restrictions on Airbnb, and as people are increasingly turning to mid-term rentals (MTR), I’m worried that market might become too crowded. Would anyone currently involved in rental arbitrage be willing to share their experiences and possibly some figures to give me a better understanding of the current state of this business model? I’m eager to learn more.
