I’m really curious about something… Have you ever dabbled in managing a portfolio of properties? I’ve been thinking about it lately, and I’d love to hear about your experiences if you’ve got any! Whether it’s managing rental properties, vacation homes, or anything in between, I bet there are some interesting stories and insights to share. What’s been your journey like with property management?

One of the things I have learned is how to keep my properties fully booked. This involves keeping up with market trends and being flexible with pricing. Sometimes, offering discounts is necessary to keep my calendars filled.

Being a host is like being the captain of a ship. I handle inquiries, make sure everything runs smoothly during guests’ stays, and respond quickly to any issues or emergencies.

Luckily, I have property management software that helps me stay organized. It allows me to schedule cleanings, track expenses, and keep everything in order.

Of course, unexpected surprises can happen, like last-minute cancellations or burst pipes. But at the end of the day, seeing happy guests enjoying their stay makes it all worth it.

Wow, sounds like you’re really hustling in the short-term rental game! Managing all those properties must keep you on your toes. Do you have any tips for someone just starting out in the business? I’ve been thinking about dipping my toes into the world of short-term rentals, but it feels a bit overwhelming!!
